The Organisers was launched by CEO Katie Shapley in 1998 because she realised many clients were desperate for a more personally tailored experience than traditional concierge services or lifestyle management companies could provide.
Katie explains: ‘There are too many concierge services that are just call centres so I hand-picked a creative, trustworthy and tenacious team who thrive on the satisfaction of personal service and a job well done.’
Over the years, The Organisers have gained a reputation for paying meticulous attention to detail when looking after our clients’ homes, personal matters, businesses and families.
Katie says: ‘We are as skilled at corporate relocation management as we are at finding a live-in housekeeper at short notice.

Our clients’ peace of mind lies at the very heart of what we do. They entrust us with highly confidential information and being involved in their business or personal lives to such a degree is a responsibility we take very seriously.
Each team member has a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check (formerly CRB) and is bound by a strict confidentiality agreement.
