The Brief: Manage the relocation from start to finish with as little disruption to the CEO as possible. She and her family need to walk into a fully functioning property. Schools placement for her children.
The Outcome: The Organisers ensured the property was completely furnished and stocked with household items and all IT equipment was installed before the family arrived. All their clothes were unpacked, their belongings were arranged and the fridge was filled. Both the client and the CEO were delighted and the children are happy in their new schools.

The Client: A busy family with children of all ages
The Brief: To arrange and book a holiday for Christmas time that is entertaining for all ages.
The Outcome: The Organisers arranged for the family to visit Lapland for four days and arranged a whole host of activities for the family, including a private visit from Father Christmas in the comfort of their luxury, snow-covered cabin; an exhilarating husky ride through the snow-topped trees; and even a gingerbread-making afternoon with some local elves. The family thanked us warmly and said that the trip was “utterly magical and perfect in every way”.

The Client: International family, children at UK boarding school
The Brief: All school paperwork to be dealt with plus family liaison. Arrange for the children and all luggage to be transported as required. Prepare the house for family visits on exeats, including having it cleaned and making sure the fridge is stocked.
The Outcome: The family arranged a contract with The Organisers student concierge service and is secure in the knowledge their children have a hotline to experts who will look after their needs in the UK and closely work with the family. They liaised regularly with the schools and the families, including arranging summer school courses and smaller issues like taking the children to the orthodontist and arranging cars and travel for all the family.
Formal housekeeper installed in Spain

The Brief: Advertise and contact recruitment agencies for an experienced, professional housekeeper, interview the candidates and present a shortlist of suitable candidates.
The Outcome: The client’s first choice candidate had their references verified, CRB check processed and paperwork completed by The Organisers and started the position immediately.

The Brief: Open London home and prepare it for the family’s secret visit. Arrange an 18th birthday party for 200 people at the house. Must haves: a bucking bronco machine and cocktail bar with flare barman.
The Outcome: The client's daughter was thrilled with her surprise party and it all went off without a hitch.

The Brief: To sort through and put in order tax returns from three countries and boxes of financial papers.
The Outcome: The Organisers put everything in order and helped the client decide which papers he no longer needed. They set up a simple filing system so that paperwork could be managed better going forward. Backup paperwork and detailed spreadsheets were sent to his accountant KPMG and his tax returns were completed on time. The client felt as though a weight had been lifted from his shoulders.
Find an emergency dentist on a Sunday afternoon
The Client: American woman holidaying in London
The Brief: Arrange for a dental specialist to replace a filling which had fallen out. The resulting cavity was causing the client excruciating pain.
The Outcome: The client was seen by a private dentist at his Central London surgery. The filling was replaced and the client was able to continue with her holiday.

The Brief: Every week, visit and security check a house in London. All paperwork and maintenance to be dealt with. Prepare the house for family visits, including having it cleaned and making sure the fridge is stocked.
The Outcome: The family is secure in the knowledge that their property is cared for.
Manage the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed Home
The Client: Oxfordshire CEO
The Brief: To put together a design team for the house including interior and landscape designers, project manager, architect and builder. To put the building contract out to tender and present their findings to the client. To attend design team meetings on the client’s behalf. To make site visits on a regular basis and send photographs of the progress to the client via email. To oversee the project from start to finish to ensure it is completed to the highest standard.
The Outcome: The Organisers brought the project in on time, as specified and within budget for a very satisfied client.
The Client: International businessman
The Brief: Ensure security and maintenance of a second home in the English countryside.
The Outcome: On a regular Home Watch visit The Organisers smelled gas on entering the property. The relevant authority was informed and were at the house within 30 minutes. The Organisers were able to let them into the house and show them where the incoming gas supply was located, whilst maintaining the security of the property. The leak was located and made safe. The Organisers kept the client advised throughout and made arrangements for the recommended repairs.
Country home prepared for a long weekend’s entertaining
The Client: American family with homes in London and the Cotswolds
The Brief: Prepare the country house for the family’s arrival. Deep clean to be carried out. Temporary staff, including a butler and chef to be vetted and appointed. New curtains to be hung. Gardens tidied and housekeeper ready for action. Fridge and bar filled. Children on exeat to be met from the train station and chaperoned until their parents’ arrival.
The Outcome: The family and their guests had a wonderful weekend. The Organisers now hold keys to both the family’s homes.
Source a special gift for a 40th birthday
The Client: British COO based in New York
The Brief: Track down a much-coveted handbag for the client's wife.
The Outcome: The bag was tracked down in Italy. The Organisers had it beautifully wrapped and made sure it was waiting for the relieved client's wife on her birthday.
Find violin lessons for a nine-year-old girl
The Client: A family relocating from China
The Brief: The child was already playing to a high standard and her family wanted her to continue with her tuition after their relocation to the UK.
The Outcome: The Organisers found a violin teacher close to the little girl's London day school. The parents are pleased with her progress.
The Client: A frustrated CFO who had been trying for months to let his flat.
The Brief: Let the flat for a minimum contract period of one year.
The Outcome: The Organisers printed leaflets, distributed them in the local catchment area and advertised. The property was let for a three-year contract at the right price.

Emergency Repairs Supervised
The Client: An international businesswoman.
The Brief: Find an emergency plumber after a client’s housekeeper phoned on a Sunday to report a massive leak.
The Outcome: A plumber was there within the hour along with one of The Organisers. The leak was fixed and the insurance company notified. The Organisers followed through with quotes and repairs.

The Brief: Source Caribbean villas and staff and arrange the flights, cars, menus and activities.
The Outcome: A short-list of options was presented on time and within budget. The family had a glorious holiday and now use The Organisers whenever they need a break.

The Brief: Sort out a ‘few problems’ in a newly purchased London apartment. After receiving the keys in the post, The Organisers discovered almost nothing, from the oven to the showers, was working.
