Katie founded The Organisers as one of the pioneers of London’s Lifestyle Management industry in 1998. With an exceptional record of achievements over the past two decades, and utilising expert organisational skills and wide-ranging contacts, The Organisers offers the services of a discreet private office to high net worth individuals and businesses worldwide.
Katie has an accomplished background prior to setting up The Organisers; organising international events and exhibitions in association with the BBC Clothes Show and Hearst Communications’ Cosmopolitan magazine. As well as working in Europe, Katie was one of the forerunners creating public events in emerging markets including Russia and Brazil, building up her contacts worldwide and becoming adept at multi-tasking and producing world-class events in challenging situations. Katie places great emphasis on going that extra mile for her clients at The Organisers and is committed to delivering good value for money whilst ensuring service excellence.
Ellise is a Client Service Manager at The Organisers and a longstanding key member of the team. Following her graduation from university with a BSc. in Marketing, Ellise was headhunted by EMI International and started what was to be a 16 year long successful career in the music industry. After working for top flight record labels, cutting her teeth in project management and creative services, Ellise moved into her preferred arena of Artist Management and subsequently went solo, managing several small businesses, artists and events for her discerning clients for nearly 10 years. At The Organisers Ellise has showcased her exceptional people and project management skills whilst being super organised and effortlessly multi-tasking across a hugely diverse range of duties.
Her first class experience in staff recruitment, training and management, property management and travel has enabled her and her team to accomplish many complex bespoke projects for The Organisers’ delighted clients.
Laetitia Vielvoye Croix
Born in France, Laetitia Vielvoye Croix currently lives in the UK with her three children. After getting her B.A. in Business Administration, she worked for international corporations and lived in 4 different countries. Over the last 18 years, she has successfully relocated to France, Germany, England and the USA and speaks fluent French, German and English. In more recent years during her latest relocation to London, she furthered her experience in the luxury property market and direct client service. Using her extensive knowledge acquired in the upmarket London lifestyle, she has since decided to focus her entire career on building client relationship excellence. She therefore joined The Organisers as a Client Service Manager where she ensures that the team delivers optimum client satisfaction to High Net Worth individuals and international corporations.
Gabriela de Oliveira
Gabriela de Oliveira Lau is British-American and also partly Latin American & Asian. She was educated and formed her career in London, New York, and Paris and speaks fluent Spanish, French and English. Gabriela has nearly ten years’ experience in the property, architecture & interior design industry. After getting her BSc in Sociology & French from the University of Bristol, she relocated to New York where she obtained her real estate license and worked in marketing and business development for top property developers and Architects. She also co-chaired for several key luxury real estate organisations where she won an award for ‘Best Associate Member of the Year’ in 2010. Back in London she previously worked as a marketing consultant for Balfour Beatty Construction and various other architects & designers. Her industry experience has clearly helped further deliver an excellent client service experience at The Organisers. In her spare time, Gabriela loves traveling and adventurous sports such as skiing, scuba-diving and horse-riding. She also enjoys going to the theatre and playing the piano where she holds her Distinction in Grade 8.
After studying a Performance and Visual Arts Degree at Brighton University, Sophie Miller has recently moved back to London and joined The Organisers as a Client Service Administrator. From a young age she realised she had an aptitude for organising; relishing in the opportunities to be involved in summer fairs and school plays. Since then as Head Girl of her secondary school she organised after school activities, charity events, and assemblies. As a highly motivated individual, alongside her art based skills gained during her degree, Sophie ensured that other skills linked to communication, customer service and administration have been honed during her time in higher education. Through her personable approach, Sophie takes great pride in her work and looks forward to developing her knowledge and skills at The Organisers.
Denise has over 25 years experience of bookkeeping and administration, gained over a variety of industries including Hotel and Catering, Publishing, IT and Mergers and Acquisitions. She recently relocated her activity back to London and joined The Organisers as their bookkeeper. As a mature student, Denise graduated in 2011 with a BA in Professional business administration and is now looking to take on the further challenge of an MBA.
Upon graduating from The University of Leeds, Hilary Fung moved back to London and joined The Organisers as Client Service Administrator. With her experience and studies within the broadcasting industry, Hilary had always wanted to pursue a career which involves interacting with as many people as possible as she possesses strong personable communication skills, taking pride in delivering a great service to all. As an exceptionally organised individual outside of work, Hilary thrives in client satisfaction and is looking forward to continuing a career with The Organisers, fulfilling and assisting with client needs whilst establishing valuable connections.
Since graduating from Manchester University with a degree in Law, Cara Sullivan has travelled extensively. She spent over 3 months working in America and an additional 6 months travelling around the world; having the opportunity to experience numerous different cultures. Upon her return, Cara joined The Organisers as a Client Service Administrator. Through her experience with The Organisers Cara has been able to work across a wide span of services and build on a variety of skills. Within 6 months she was promoted to Client Service Executive and is looking forward to continuing to grow with the company and further develop her client service and relationships.
Jolanda started her career in Holland and first worked for a student travel agency in Amsterdam. She then took a year out and travelled extensively in South East Asia, including the Philippines, Indonesia and Australia. In 1990 she moved to the UK where she furthered her career at Lufthansa German Airlines. Starting in the Group Sales department, she then was promoted to Key Account Manager, Leisure Sales for UK & Ireland. She was in charge of the multiples which included Thomas Cook. After 10 years with Lufthansa she had a break and had 2 children. She then came to The Organisers where she is holding a part time position as their Travel Specialist. She speaks English, Dutch and conversational German.
